The all-new 2013 Kia Rio belongs in the sub-compact vehicle category, and is available in two different body styles, the hatchback body style and the sedan body style. Each body style for the all-new 2013 Kia Rio features four doors and seating for up to five people. Kia offers three different trim levels for the all-new 2013 Kia Rio including the base-level LX trim, the mid-level EX trim and the top-of-the-line SX trim.
Kia offers one standard powertrain for the all-new 2013 Kia Rio. This powertrain is made up of a 1.6-liter four cylinder engine that can produce up to 138 horsepower and 123 pounds-foot of torque. The LX trim level offers a standard six-speed manual transmission. A six-speed automatic transmission is standard with the EX and SX trims, and optional with the LX trim.
